The Kumho 712 isn't an all season tire. They're alright for the price but nothing amazing. If the only thing you do is drive around on the street and go to the drag strip every once in a while then you probably wouldn't notice the difference between them and a true high performance tire anyway.

The Ecsta MX is a "dry" performance tire kind of like the BFG g-Force KD or Falken Azenis so if it rains a lot you may want to stay away.
As it turns out, the MX is actually more along the lines of the Bridgestone S-03 than the BFG KD or Azenis, in that its tread is actually designed specifically for wet performance.

The Azenis are awesome dry tires and will work well in the wet also, but they give up a bit of traction in the wet to the S-03 and MX.

And for anybody even considering the Shitto 450's: they are worthless.
