another quick way that hurts your car a lot less is leaving your foot on the gas and learning to shift WITH the clutch superfast so that it revs a little and slips in gear all in one motion....just shift normal.....rougher on a clutch though....
Its called speed shifting or power shifting and yes it does hurt the tranny..as proof I would be glad to send my synchros to you as proof.
