Default whitish crystally stuff on spark plugs

ok...all 4 plugs look the same. Nice and clean, no burning or pitting, but there's a very fine whitish-grey crust evenly covering each electrode. I looked it up, apparently that crust can form in *lean-running engines*, and in general a film of white or grey over the spark plugs is normal. Anyone have an opinion?
