he's wrong about the 99-00 ex having a rear sway, it doesn't come w/it. it has the front however, and it does have the mounting places for the rear, a 99-00 si one will bolt right on as long as u have endlinks/brackets.
do you know if a GSR rear sway fits on a 96-00 civic with the Si end links? i saw a GSR sway for cheap, and i think its 14mm and the Si is 13 mm...
