I have an Exedy and I put in a new type-R flywheel with it. I'm happy with it and the price was right, about $ 390 for all parts. 2 years and 30k no problems.

Unless you are FI, I don't think anything more is worth it, and depending on the disc material you choose, it may not last as long.
