Let me clarify Drift's comments a little... While the 98-00 Accord Coupe and the 97-00 CL share a chassis, the 95-97 Accord V6 is a bit different. These differences shouldn't be a problem though. The engines, however, are completely different series. The stock C27 is a 90 degree V, where the J32 is a 60 degree V. The ECU and the wiring harness will need to be replaced, as the J32 is distributorless. The swap is similar to the one that I have in the works, so I'll try to let you know if I run in to anything else you should know.
