Yes, you will rub.
You want at least a +43mm for your Integra.

The higher the positive number, the farther IN the wheel is (I.E +45mm is farther IN towards the frame than +40mm)

In any case, I have 17x7.5's and they're +45mm's, I don't rub, but if they were +43mm's it'd be very close and if they were +40's, I'd most definitely rub.
