Actually, you are both right. The neuspeed is non-adjustable so it does not need to be "pre-loaded". The adjustable ones (DC, generics, etc.) should be pre-loaded by lifting the vehicle before installing..
strut bars need to be pre-loaded? just adjust them so theyre on tight
as for fitting the neuspeed bar, sometimes the holes on the body dont match the bar. in those cases, you may need to jack up the car to flex the body for the bolts and holes to line up
