Mine is like that (with the alarm LED) and now I am going to wire it up with the OE factory foglight switch, which mounts at the same spot. The wiring is going to be a pain in the butt!
RY2k: well the fogs I bought came with a mounting bracket which the switch fits into. Instead of using it, I cut the same sized slot in the blank panel with a soldering iron and used that(I think a dremel would be better, but this turned out good too), then routed the wire to the switch. There are spots in your firewall which run other wires into the car, use those places to get the foglight wires into.
Blackchrome: yep. well i didn't know thats common b/c I've seen others use the mounting bracket that comes with the fogs which are fugly IMO.
But on a bad note, my eurolite low beam bulb blew today, I would go with another brand but I still have the eurolite highs and they also match my polarg corners. only had for 8-9 months. =( time for 9005 conversion I guess.
