$392 is the price for the SRI, Icebox,filter and labor. I'm going to get an Icebox soon, but I don't think its worth the $$ to get the SRI. The best price I found for the Icebox and intake is $220 shipped, which is very comparible to the cost of an AEM CAI. Also the best price I found for the SRI, Icebox and filter is $315 shipped.
