maybe a 92-95 Civic Si HB... but not a 1999-2000 Si. you'll need much more than just a cam.
That depends on what car the Y8 is in... For instance if its in a 4th gen civic or a crx... Not hard for me to believe due to differances in weaght. I have seen a D16A6 with just I/H/E in a crx HF pull on a 2000 SI... (Didnt win but it was close enough to suprize you!)
