97+ lude cai is 3.0 inches and fits fine. the only thing that doesn't line up is the bracket, but their is a tight fit between the rubber connector and the hole in the wheel well that it's ok.
you can just use tin shears to enlarge the hole. you need to do that to the 97+ prelude too when installing the aem cai
