Eariler tonite I got this stuff called Pro Complex with 55g's of protein per serving. Comparing this to all the other whey proteins, I'm kinda scared having that much protein in my body. I read if you take in too much it may damage your liver

I have heard that about creatine but I wouldn't think protein would do that but I'm not sure. I think body builders take like 3-4 times their body weight in protein.
