My "Theory" on my engine set up is this..... since the block builds power down in the lower rpms more then that of a gsr per say and declines / loses power as RPMs rise. The intake manifold and headers exhuast and pulleys will help me gain the power up at the top. When building the head of the engine up with crower stage II cams and valve springs it will naturally give me more power, also i will need to move the rev limiter back to around 8500- 9000 because the motor will now be able to create power past stock specs, the valve springs are designed to handle high rpms. I plan on adjusting the cam gears to give me the most power in low-mid range how ever.... this may sound odd but the power needed for the higher RPMS will already be available because of the entire upgraded intake/exhaust system. Its hard to understand i know but let me know what you think.
