tracks are usually places for practice...especially if you haven't driven at a track before. You could be the best street racer but when you hit the track it's a different story. Not everyone is born with the ability to hit a 2.5 60 foot like you

also that celica mentioned is probably hard to launch with that much power, it's hard not to spin/wheel hop with instant torque.
