From what I hear, they don't always replace the pump when they do the timing belt. The reason the other place is so cheap is because they are not using genuine honda parts. The pump is a rebuilt one most likely and the T-belt is what ever the local parts store carries. I would do a honda, they are trained to do it correctly the first time and you know it's done right and the parts are going to last.
