And yes 215/35x19" is large. You have to take into consideration the aspect ratio too.
But you sound like you want ot do it anyway so why ask? Just go ahead and get them.
185/65x14" stock versus the 205/40x17" I have now, the stock are actually bigger. I did the math a thousand times before and even have a spreadsheet set-up to calculate the rolling diameter of wheel/tire setups. The 205/40x17" is actually 2% smaller around than the 185/65x14".
