Let's see:
1992-1995 Civic Si hb has about 125hp and 107ft/lbs of torque
2001 IS300 has 215 bhp Torque: 218 lb-ft
even the 1999-2000 Civic Si has 160hp and 111 ft/lbs of torque
Can't you see that? Or do we have to go around in circles over and over? 80 more hp and 111 more ft/lbs of torque.
So you mean to tell me if you put 19s on a IS300 and 19s on a Geo Metro both of them will not be affected by the heavy ass 19s? So tell me will putting 24" wheels/tires on your IS300 and then on a Dodge Viper RT/10 both cars will not be affected by the 24" wheels/tires?
WAKE UP! SHEESH!
But yes without rolling the fenders and/or modifying the fenders you will rub with 215/35x19" wheels and tires.
Nice response again...
Thanks for the last sentence though.
BTW, that was two horriable comparisions with the IS300 and the Metro. I understand what you're saying but the civic and IS330 are much more compariable than the IS300 and the Metro. Also that 24" wheels/tires wasn't to helpful either.
CivicSiRacer, I respect you and your post and I have to admit that you are very helpful, but don't get to sarcastic with it.
Post count doesn't mean much you know. I'm sure you know that though. Just b/c I haven't had much experience with this setup (215/35/19's on a 2000 civic EX dumped 2.5") doesn't mean I'm clueless; trust me, I'm not.
