If you have tools, do it yourself and save some money. The only thing you may need outside help for is the downpipe, since RevHard DPs end with an open pipe and you need to add whatever flange or flex section you need to it. You can do most of the install yourself, and have a muffler shop finish off the DP to connect it to your cat/exhaust.
