yes it will fit.
hope you dont use your air conditioner that much beacuse that will need to be removed.. power steering also.

but to answer your question.
an h22a is 220hp
an h22 is 200hp.

not sure of the torque numbers, but they're up there!
H22A comes with a hydrolic tranny and L S D!!!!!
High Revs!!!

the h22a is a beast.
definitely reccomend it.
Just hope you can swap out motors and do repairs yourself becuase alot of shops dont mess with any kind of motor swap and if they do..they'll charge you an arm and a leg because it will be a ***** doing repairs due to the motor being oversized compared to the b-series motors.

Also what you could do is.
get an h23a1 non vtec block off of a prelude.
drop a vtec h22a head and a hydrolic h22 tranny with an LSD..

boy that would be a monsterrrrr!!!!!!!
