Bolt, probably. Work, probably not. The coolant passage will be different, and the ports probably won't match.

Yes, I am assuming you mean a D16A6 MPFI manifold.
also if it does fit i will have to do the dpfi conversion to mpfi can i use a 87-89 integra ecu or does it have to be a 88-91 crx/hatch si ecu?
To convert a 88-91 STD to Si spec (OBD-0) fuel injection, you must use the 88-91 Si ECU. The 88-89 PG7 Integra (OBD-0) and 90-91 PR4 Integra (OBD-0) ECUs would most likely run the engine to, but not as well as an actual Si ECU. The 86-87 PG7 Integra (pre-OBD) ECU is designed to run a completely different engine management system then all later MPFI systems, so those won't work.
