Joe, I think part of the weight gain was because I wasn't eating like I should have been. I started eating three meals a day and taking a protein shake after working out. I have the vanilla GNC stuff and I put 4 scoops in which comes to 80g's of protein and I mix it with milk. I dont think I'm gaining weight fast enough.

I also bought some canned chicken. It has about 65 grams of protein in it so I eat that as a lunch so I'm intaking about 140 grams of protein a day. I have heard before that you're supposed to take a gram of protein for every pound you want to weigh.
