On a stock GSR, there isn't much to be heard.
4400 is where VTEC takes place, but you won't hear it. After the secondary intake runners open, I think at 5750 or 6200, it's a bit noiser. If you get a Skunk2 intake manifold, or a Type-R manifold, the single runner design would probably make a decent amount of noise. Not to mention gain you a few ponies up top.
