You can get ultra creative and hide nitrous anywhere. I have seen people at the strip and street races wrap the solenoids with black tape and mount them really low on the firewall to hide them. I have also seen people hide the bottle in all kinds of places. One guy had the nitrous hose go behind the front seat and had his bottle in a duffle bag (which I would never recommend) to try to cheat at the street races.

Also every kit available out there has a "full throttle switch" with it. That is the recommended way to install nitrous. I have the JG/Edelbrock kit and it came with one too.
