Default Clutch is making funny noises...

Whenever I engauge the clutch in first gear, I hear something along the lines of either metal rubbing against each other (swishing sounds?) or maybe its some kind of liquid swishing around when the disc contacts the flywheel?

I already had the clutch replaced by the dealer at 7500 miles due to a warped pressure plate, and its acting up again (19k miles). I doubt its my driving cause the friction disc was in perfect shape when they replaced the clutch last time (pressure plate, bearings, flywheel all replaced). The clutch grabs perfectly fine right now (no slipping...).

Anyone know what this sound could be?
