Koni Red shocks are indeed adjustable. You have to take them off the car to adjust them but they are adjustable.

If you just want to lower the car and have a good ride I would reccomend Progress springs (they lower a fair bit without being that stiff) and Bilstein shocks. You'll get a good combo and not have to think about it any further than the install.

Once you put the new parts on, be sure to take your car to an alignment shop and have them check out your specs. Get the alignment done and if they reccomend a camber kit you may want to consider getting one.
