Well, the only reason Korea is split is because they're still at war. No treaty, no armistace. Both are still fighting for all of Korea. They're just in cold war. (and this is part of the Korean War, not World War 2. I don't think Japan losing had anything to do with Korea being split.)
I don't think you understood what i meant... Japan lost WWII. Japan is left whole. Korea was split into 2. North and South. Where is the logic in that?
Germany lost WWII, they split Germany, not Poland
