I have the H&R sports with tokico blues. The ride is good and not too stiff. It dropped the car about 1.7 in front and 1.5 in the back, which makes it look like an even drop, because the rear wheel well arch is different than the front. I would reccoment my setup.
Springs should be about 140 from speed driven, and i got my shocks at a shop for 280.
