With the sportlines, your gonna have a much stiffer ride due to the lower ride height (stiffer springs, and stiffer struts to prevent bottoming out). I recommend the Eibach Prokit actually (I will be getting this soon). It lowers nicely, and doesnt require you to use crazy stiff struts since its not as low as the sportlines.


The H&R springs are good in a sense if you want the front of your car lowered more than the rear.

Koni Yellow (?) Adjustables I hear are very high quality, but expensive. If you're on a tight budget the KYB AGX do a great job at a much more reasonable price.

I think struts generally last around 75k miles...
