Sounds like you should find a parking lot of free space and do a couple things until you can figure out for sure if its your driving or if its the clutch thats the problem.

Are you riding the clutch into the corner? If you are by the time you try to shift into 2nd or 1st the layshaft has slowed down enough that you need to leave the clutch engaged for quite awhile letting the shaft get up to speed as well as your transmission.

If your blipping the throttle while the car is in neutral and the clutch out, you shouldnt have any trouble getting into whatever gear you going for.


If your double pumping the clutch to build clutch pressure then you need to speak to your installer about that.
