The 14th Amendment allows states to enforce Congress actions in the way they see fit. They may pass laws more restrictive than fed but cannot expand those rights.
I am ALL for the right to freely bear arms. Look at Texas..ppl think twice before jacking someone since almost everyone packs.
Where, I live, it's almost impossible to draft a passable cause statement. Sherriff is a moron and will only grant if you have been attacked or have proof that your life has been endangered. Most of the time, it's too late.
