You will need an uncut wiring harness with injector clips if you dont want to ghetto rig the piece. I have a Civic Type R complete harness with clips and ECU plugs at my shop. If you want to do it the right way, this is what you should use. I will sell it for $175 shipped, or you can go to Honda and pay $500 for the whole thing.
