Well If the car is OBD2 and the Motor is wired OBD2, all you need to do is drop the motor in plug it up and wire a few things into the ecu. You say that it doesnt plug in? If that is the case then it is not obd 2 motor. What you can do is pull the old motor, take the harness off the old motor, hook it up to the new motor and take what clips and things you need off of the unused harness and hook them up.
