An '84-'87 would be a good 100 to 200 lbs lighter than a comparable '88-'91. If you get a non-Si '84-'87 then you have to rewire the car for fuel injection because it will be carbeurated. Otherwise with the Si you can just get the mount kit and assorted other install-related parts and it should "bolt in" relatively easily.
