i have a 88 crx si motor with a fuel pressure regulator, chikara header, aem cold air intake and my idle problems are making me upset

it'll sit at 1500rpm then go down to 1000 then shoot back up to 1500...i've tried to mess around with fuel pressure regulator but if i go to low it'll go down to like 200rpm and almost die then shoot up to 2000rpm and so on.....any help? email me at
