I don't need to gain any weight. I actually need to lose a little bit and turn the rest into muscle....I used to be skin and bones weighing 165lbs being 6'3 thats skinny as hell..When I was together with my girl I packed on alot of weight..Now I'm at about 215lbs at 6'3 but I WANT to be about 200-205 max but just built..Should I be taking anything or just running and lifting do the trick? Any recommendations..?
