I use protien powder that you mix in with milk or something and drink. It does not taste very good, but it gives you alot of protien to build muscles. There is also whey powder, which some people will question on the idea that it may be unhealthy, but that will increase endurance so that you can lift for longer. I have not tried the whey powder, but the protien seems to be good, that and eat a lot of food.
