I'm not big as far as body size but in high school when I weighed like 155 lbs I could bench 185. A couple of months ago I was lifting everyday and I got my body weight to 170 lbs and was benching 190 lbs. I am going to start hitting the gym again becuase I want to get to about 185-190 lbs solid bodyweight. Anybody have suggestions on how to supplement gaining weight besides just lifting and eating? Anybody tried weight gainer like you can buy at GNC?
