Item 18 is the strut shaft bolt, rubber isolator that I'm talking about are item 7. It's pretty difficult to torque the strut shaft bolt to spec. since you have to hold the shaft stationary with an allen key while torquing the bolt. Use a box end wrench and allen key and guesstimate.
