Hey, I have a 1996 Honda Accord EX. I am thinking of getting a Apex Vtec Controller for my car. The thing I dont get is how you can change your Vtec. Lets Say I adjust my Vtec to go off at 3,000 RPM's, will the Vtec Kick in tell redline? Is there some catch that I dont know about? Also Is it worth it, and do you think I will notice a big difference?
