My car has an OBD 2 ecu and I did install the controller right. I have had about 3 different people check it. I know a lot about cars and I can do everything execpt body work to them. I know the swap was made a lot harder than it really is. However I bought the car with this engine and I was clueless when I bought this car. I have just recently swap a gsr motor into a 97 civic lx. I had to convert from auto to a 5-speed and put skunk2 intake manifold, AEM cam gears and many other bolts on onto this motor. I have taken it to a local shop called dynamics (Which is an EXTREMLEY competent installer) and they told me they have never heard of anything like that from installing a VAFC. But thanks for your input and if could ask a couple of people that you think are competent installers and see what they think that would be great and I wish I could find some good luck.
