Just curious... which o2 code is it throwing, rich, lean, lazy...etc?

It's the second O2 sensor that is throwing the code and It is just not hooked up so it I have heard that it will just run off the frist o2 and that one is fine. The second 02 is just a double check of the frist to make sure it is working correctly.

The second o2 is there for a reason.Honda programmed the ecu to look for it.Your motor shouldn't hit vtec if it is rev limiting.This is a theory that I can check later on but,if your motor is looking for that 2nd o2 signal and not getting it it starts cutting back,because the obd tells it to.
