Last week on consecutive days, it was 33* while I woke up and reached 78* by noon. Today when I woke up, it was 55* and didn't get above 60*. It's a pain in the ass to keep the programmable thermostat on the right setting. I wish I could swing a nest in my apartment, it would pay for itself.
Had a programmable T-stat in South Carolina, we could set it and forget it, if we were home we would just override the settings. We also had the lowest heating and cooling bill in the subdivision.
Right now we have ours set at 68 during the day and 64 at night, no A/C here, would only need it for a total of 2-3 weeks a year, not worth the 7500 install price.
