I've got to disagree. I'm running off of deck power with my Alpines and I notice plenty. The kind of change I'm talking about is so drastic you have to be tone deaf to not notice it.

If you're saying Pioneer Premier suck are you also saying Pioneers suck? I personally think Premiers sounded much crisper than regular Pioneers, but, I guess it's all a matter of opinion as to what people think sounds good and what doesn't.





Go listen to them and spend to the point where you can't tell the difference in the sound or what your budget will allow.

Yeah, I think leaving in your stock speakers is a bad idea. The people at the shop said I could pull it off but I went ahead and replaced them anyway. Your stock speakers are probably just some paper cones that, since 1993, have warped to hell. Mine were so warped they looked like someone had put them through the washer and drier.
