You can surely attest to that .

With any weight, there is a calorie intake you need to maintain your current body weight. Any deficit will obviously result in weight loss. I'd estimate that you probably need 2,600 calories per day to maintain your current weight. Try to get to 2,000 right away and see how that goes. Try cutting out any liquid calories first. These will be the hardest, but will have an immediate effect.

If you have an Android or iPhone, download My Fitness Pal and start tracking your intake. I know a lot of people that use this and they love it because they can scan in any foods with a barcode and it has almost every purchased meal you can think of in the app. More than anything, it will make you conscious about what you're putting in to your body.

Lastly, as much as you can, try to get your sleep .
