Your argument makes zero sense. CL Type-S with Navigation has a TMV of $31,537, and that's probably very accurate since there are 3-4 laying around in my local Acura dealer's lot. The TL Type-S has nothing to do with anything. There was no CL Type-S 6 speed around when people paid (not payed) over MSRP for a Prelude. I was not aware anyone did(as they did discontinue it due to lack of sales), I'm taking your word for it. I don't know if you've ever driven a CL-S 6 speed, but it's a head above the new Accord 6 speed. Especially in its engine. I'm shocked you said anything about looks, as many think the new Accord looks like ass.
Edit - Oh yeah, and the CL Type-S 6 speed will match the BMW 330Ci in the twisties. Says Car and Driver. The CL-S actually pulls better slalom and skidpad numbers than the Bimmer with RWD. The Accord "Sport Coupe" has a stiffer suspension than the standard Accord, but it is not even close to that level of handling.
