No it will not work with your 00 ecu, you'd need to get a 92-95 SOHC OBDI ecu. The chip sizes are different. It would not just be plug and play, you'd have to solder the chip to the board, or solder in a socket and plug the chip in. Socketing is preferred, so you can just take out the chip and pop in another whenever you want. You also better be sure your car is built for that high of a redline if you want to take it there. With a stock car, you shouldn't go past the stock redline.
