Depends On how hard it was driven.
I usually replace at 100k. I believe the standard honda spec says replace at 60k.
I've replaced several hondas at 100k. the belts always looked good when I took them out. But that doesn't say much. I also drove a 88' CRX till the belt snapped. It was the original timing belt and I drove it to 130K and it finally snapped. Luckily no valves were bent. You don't wanna go there. Its another whole world of problems.
At 100k I would put timing belt replacement and water pump replacement on high priority.
If its your daily diver get it done before you hit 110k. To be safe.
