Found out that a VP at work owns a Crossfit gym close to home. May check it out. Getting real tired of the bench, deadlift, ect routine.
Nice! What's the name/url of your VP's gym? If you're sick of your conventional routine, then it wouldn't be a bad idea to check this out. For example today I did:
Warm-up:
400m run
Dynamic stretching
5-5-5 Back Squat @ 85% max (185lbs)
Workout:
800m run
30 Muscle-Ups
800m run
Cooldown:
10 Turkish Get-Ups @ 20lbs each hand
