Like I've already said about LSVTEC, there is no "it."

You could take a B16 head, slap it on your LS motor, wire up a VTEC ECU and be done.

Alternatively, you could spend 6 grand on building a completely new motor from the ground up.

Both, would be called "LSVTEC."
